LIMITED WARRANTY
Franklin Electric warrants that its submersible products will be free from defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment, will perform consistently with samples previously supplied and will conform to the specifications published or agreed to between Purchaser and Franklin Electric for a period of one year from date of installation (but in no event beyond two years from the date of manufacture), or for a period of three years from the date of installation (but in no event beyond four years from the date of manufacture) for Subtrol-Plus protected submersible motors.

SERVICE
If it becomes necessary to obtain service on a Franklin submersible product, that product should be shipped freight prepaid to the nearest service shop listed herein. Please attach a tag to the defective product showing the return shipping address, date of installation, date of removal, reason for removal (or defect claimed), model number, and voltage applied to the motor. In some cases, installation details as provided on form #2207 may also be requested by the service shop.

Shops in the United States designated by an asterisk (*) are authorized to repair all submersible products, including 8? motors. U.S. shops not so noted are certified for repair of 4? motors, 6? motors, and control boxes only.

FREIGHT POLICY
Freight is not allowed on any product returned to an authorized service shop, regardless of warranty status. Motors and accessories should be shipped freight prepaid to the shop. Replacement or repaired product will be returned on a freight collect basis, unless prepaid and charge arrangements have been made with the agency.
